Our Ingredients

Our ingredients are very important to us and at the heart of what we do, and are all sourced as locally as possible and within the UK. We only use organic ingredients in our baking and where possible combine this with fairtrade products too.

We are firmly committed to our ethos which is the better the ingredients the better the taste, and to bring to you the greatest tasting cupcakes possible!

Real organic butters, eggs,sugars and flours are just the start,but the list goes on, we are not your average cupcake business

For example, we use only fresh organic lemon juice to flavour our lemon cupcakes and our lemon buttercream, and our raspberry cupcakes contain real raspberries in both the sponge and buttercream.

Our buttercream is made with organic butter, and organic icing sugar to create the perfect creamy topping for our cupcakes.

We always use organic cocoa powder to make our delicious chocolate cupcakes and in our chocolate buttercream to give a truly wonderful chocolate experience.

All of our cupcakes are lovingly hand baked, iced and decorated and contain all natural flavours and colourings, no preservatives,no additives, just natural, simple and the best ingredients mother nature has to offer.

Some of the other ingredients we use are Shipton Mill organic-flours, Nielsen-Massey vanilla extract, Billington's organic caster sugar, Doves organic baking powder and Green and Black's organic cocoa powder and chocolate.
