Q.Can I use any photo that I have for my edible image?

A.As long as you own the photo or have obtained the rights to use it of subject to copyright then you can. The file you send to us must also be in the correct format and high resolution. Please see the information on the Order Edible Images page in relation to files.

Q.How much notice do I need to give you when placing my order?

A.We usually need a weeks notice to ensure that we have enough time to process your order successfully and ensure it reaches you in plenty of time for when it is required. If your order is urgent and within a week from requirement please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Q.How will my order be packed? will it reach me in good condition?

A.Your order will be packed in clear A4 sealed pockets,within a card backed envelope to ensure it gets to you in good condition.It will also have the standard do not bend text. If for any reason your order is damaged in transit please ensure you take photographic evidence to email to us as we would need to support any claim to the Postal Service with them.

Q.How long can I keep my image(s) before using them? how long do they last?

A. We would recommend you use them within 2 weeks of arrival.

Q.How do I place the image(s) on my cake? can I do it successfully?

A.The discs are easy to use. Remove the sheets from the packaging when you are ready to use them and let them dry for approximately 5-10 minutes. The larger images do take longer as they are a larger item.Once you test a corner and can feel it lift easily you will see what it needs to be like when ready to use. Once your image(s) are like this, carefully remove from the backing sheets and place over the cake surface where you would like to set your image. Gently press with your fingers to affix the image to the cake surface until it cannot move. Be careful not to press to hard or to rub as you may tear the image.The natural sugar in the disc will meet with the sugar in the cake surface as such as act as a natural glue.
