All orders once made and confirmed by us are binding. We require a 50% deposit when your order is confirmed with the balance being due 2 weeks before delivery date. If your delivery date is less that 2 weeks hence, payment in full is
required at time of order confirmation.

We regret no refunds will be made of monies paid should you cancel your order with us.

For large wedding orders we advise you may wish to consider taking out wedding insurance which may cover your costs and reimburse you should you need to cancel due to unforseen circumstances.
