Can my cupcakes be delivered to my venue, business or home address?

Yes. Just let us know where to deliver the cakes to and we will deliver. Charges will apply according to distance. Cakes can also be delivered safely by courier in firm corrugated boxes to ensure a safe journey.

Can you make the cupcakes just the way I'd like them?

Yes. We will make the cakes to your exact specification, including flavour,colour and design.

How much will my cupcakes cost?

The cost of the finished cakes will be determined by the complexity of the finished design and time required to fulfill your specific order. Hence, all orders are quoted on a bespoke basis as every order is different.

Are you registered and approved with your local authority?

Yes,we are registered and fully approved with our local authority.
We also hold Level 2 certificates in Food Hygiene for catering which means we are fully trained in all aspects of food hygiene and safety.

Do you use only organic ingredients?

Where we can use an organic product we will.All cakes are baked using organic ingredients but at times due to specific requirements for a decorative look we may need to use a non-organic ingredient .This is though kept to an absolute minimum and we are always sourcing new products on the organic market. We also use fairtrade products where possible and source locally where possible.

What size are your cakes?

Our cakes are approx 3 inches across the top and 2.5 inches across the bottom. This is an approximate size and may vary slightly should you require a certain case for your cakes which may only come in a slightly smaller size but we will always use the larger size for your cakes when available as the design and look of the cake sits better in the larger cases. This makes our cupcakes a generous size and not fairy cake sized.

How much notice do you need for an order?

We prefer at least 72 hours notice for an order but will always try to accommodate an urgent request. Orders for large quantities are best made as far in advance as possible so that we can source and obtain any particular decorations or cases you may require. Please note we need 7 working days for edible photo cupcake orders, but again will always try to accomodate where possible.

All orders once made and confirmed by us are binding. We require a 50% deposit when your order is confirmed with the balance being due 2 weeks before delivery date. If your delivery date is less that 2 weeks hence, payment in full is required at time of order confirmation.

We regret no refunds will be made of monies paid should you cancel your order with us.

For large wedding orders we advise you may wish to consider taking out wedding insurance which may cover your costs and reimburse you should you need to cancel due to unforseen circumstances.
